Wednesdays at 33 Taps continue to be one of the best nights of trivia in all of LA! Great food, great people, in a great venue!

Despite not one team bringing a cosmetics brand value expert (I mean, whaaaa...?), it was still a varied and fun game.  Tried & Trivial won their second game ever, but they only beat second place team More Cheese Less Pants by 2 little points!!

Join us next week for another fun-filled evening (and check out the completely revamped menu!! The Chicken Salad Cups are amazing!) next week!

Huge night of trivia at 33 Taps this week!! The soccer game drew in the crowd and things were pretty rowdy when I arrived, but everyone in the place was thrilled to play some trivia while the USA trounced Jamaica 2-1!

17 teams battled for supremacy, which earned us a third gift certificate to give out!  First place went to Fear of Flying! They won by only 4 points over the closest competitor, MURDER!, who bested the third place team, Costco Samples, by only ONE POINT!!

Whoa.  What a night! I'll see y'all next week at the 'Taps!

Whoa, man alive, 33 Taps  was hoppin' tonight for King Trivia!! The place wasn't full, but it sure felt like it! We had 14 teams, both new and veterans, vying for the top spots this week.  We had both kids in the audience, and the biggest collection of sexually suggestive team names I've ever seen! (and even a naughty word or two in the quiz itself!)

It was... delicate.  But everything went off without a hitch.  Our friend Joe, who is a regular player here on Wednesdays, applied to be a quizmaster himself and stepped in for a round, doing a fantastic job with a very loving crowd.

CJ celebrated his birthday with us and suddenly he had a whole restaurant of friends singing him his birthday song!

Oh, and a pretty awesome quiz! We very nearly had a 3-way tie for first place, if it hadn't been for a strategic miscalculation from the Nine Inch Males.  But as it was,  Murder ended up winning a tie-breaking question to best More Cheese, Less Pants for the top spot.
