What a night of trivia at 33 Taps!! One of the hardest quizzes I've seen in a while, but it did not discourage 13 teams (ironically the luckiest number of teams) from competing for two gift certificates and three beerified gift packs!

More Cheese, Less Pants walked away with another win with a commanding lead, after taking the lead for the entire game.  Confessing Session's Concessions took the number two spot, with Tried and Trivial snagging third.

HUGE night at 33 Taps, since about a bajillion people were there watching some sort of sportball game.  We had to have a planned delay for trivia, and a shortened game to boot, but it was still magnificent.

AND we learned that the outside patio  of the restaurant is both warm because of abundant heaters AND it has speakers so quiz teams had no problem playing and keeping up with the action!!

At the end of the game, Fear of Flying soared off with a 1st place win off of a tie-breaker with Comey's Receipts, who had to settle for second.  Wasted Seamen rounded off the top three.

33 Taps was full of laughter and learning for this week's trivia night! And what a tough game it was!  Only one successful Double-or-Nothing, and it determined the winner of the game!  Plus we had a tie for third place, so all in all it was a very exciting night...

MURDER regained the top spot this week, despite one team naming themselves Trivia Murder Party.  One good Double-or-Nothing on the final round is all it took to seal the deal.  Donner Party Train snagged second place, and Tried and Trivial grabbed third with a truly close tie-breaker question.  Not close because both teams were near to the correct answer... Close because both teams were so amazingly far from it!

All three top teams got to take home a swag bag from our sponsor, which included glass tumblers, hats, a t-shirt, and other items.  Pretty nifty!

As per usual, your venerable quizmaster Travis Richey took it upon himself to sample the cuisine of this fine establishment, and this week's menu choice?  The BBQ boneless chicken wings and a Cobb Salad!  So good!!
