QUIZ RECAP
Conflagrations were blazing around LA and competition was on fire at 33 Taps this week! Players paid no mind to air quality warnings to come out and eat, drink, and pit their brains against each other, and boy was it an exciting game!
2nd, 3rd, and 4th places were only two points apart! Plus, in honor of the King Trivia Star Wars themed quiz, I gave away two brand new posters for Episode 8: The Last Jedi, and Solo: A Star Wars Story, using a bonus Star Wars question on rounds 1 and 3! Plus, our drink round was all about target practice, as I brought in a couple of Nerf guns and we tried to find the best marksman in the restaurant!
In the end, Downtown Sasquatch won the night (and one of the posters), while Trashley Wards eked out second place and Buzzed Beachwoodians made it to third for the first time!

Fall may finally have arrived in Los Angeles, but Butcher's Dog was heating up as people came back from Thanksgiving traveling wanting to play some awesome trivia!
Becasue we had over 15 teams, we had three gift certificates to give out, plus the restaurant included a whole bunch of swag, so EVERY TEAM that played took something home to enjoy!
In this week's tough quiz, Last Team on Earth (who followed me all the way from North Hollywood!) took an early lead and never let it go! The Male Rompers grabbed a pretty close second place, and Trashley Wards an even closer third!

The holiday week may have cleared out the city, but 33 Taps was giving thanks for awesome trivia this week. We ate, drank and were merry, and for our drinking round we had Nerf target practice!!
At the end of the evening, MURDER held on to the lead they gained with the only successful Round 1 double-or-nothing, and never gave it up to win the quiz!
We Are So SMRT grabbed second place with Wiz Kids only missing a tie by not having an official team number!!! But all the teams got something thanks to a bevvy of swag including glass tumblers that we gave to every team on this holiday game!
