QUIZ RECAP

Holy cow, full house at 33 Taps, all for King Trivia! One crazy competition of 19 teams, ending with tight scores. A lot of returning teams were present and made it difficult for the new teams to make their mark. We had a tie for second and third place of 88 points between The Codependency Crew and Scrotal Recall, two champion teams. Round Eight was used to break the tie and left The Codependency Crew in third place. They also took the win for the Drink Round, $10 GC and a pitcher of beer, double trophy night for them once again! Cheers, Co-Crew! Scrotal Recall proudly accepted their second place prize after breaking the tie, and a $15 GC was awarded to them. In first place, were Away in a Big Booty Manger, who finished with an insane final score of 97 points, earning a $20 GC. That's what your score can look like when you double down five out of seven rounds! What a way to play!

A big thank you to everyone for playing, it was a blast! A lot of that is due to the one and only 33 Taps, thank you for always providing a safe, loving, and delicious home for us to have a great time. See you next Wednesday!

QUIZ RECAP

Gobble, gobble, but first a little King Trivia, courtesy of 33 Taps. With nine teams on board, this Wednesday night was loads of fun as one can expect at this fabulous place. Now, your recap.

All three teams on the leaderboard were ready to rumble doubling down by the first round. The Gapes of Ass, by far one of my favorite teams and most enthusiastic group of players. The type that cheers for everyone's score, never a dull moment with this team. They made it to the finish line in third place with 55 points, and received a $10 GC. The Gandrews, another incredibly friendly crew, took two wins for the evening. They won the Drink Round, and with a final score of 58 points, claimed the $15 GC for second place. The juggernaut Curieux didn't hold back, they aimed and kept steady plowing through to the end. They won the game with a far out score of 74 points, a $20 GC was awarded to them for coming in first place.

QUIZ RECAP

Make some room, 33 Taps, our loyal community of Silverlake is ready for their King Trivia fix! With 18 teams joining us for the fun this Wednesday evening, it was great to see teams that have been working so hard to make it to the top, finally claim their stake at the prize. 

After our seven official rounds were through, tie-breaking Round Eight was unleashed to break a tie of 75 points between second and third place. Chicken Nuggets ended up in third place and were awarded a $10 GC for their next visit. Therefore second place went to BoxAngeles.com who were due a win someday, and it finally came! A $15 GC was given as a result of their hard work, way to go, team. In first place, please excuse the tear in my eye, but our faithful team Trey Dongz finally did it. Just last week I had shared about them landing in fourth place for the past three weeks. Well their patience and loyatly paid off, and I finally got to see them make it to the very top. Trey Dongz, I am both proud and inspired by you. Keep up the great work, and now on to defend your title! A $20 GC was bestowed for their tremendous triumph. 

I am one lucky QuizMaster, I have to say. I had the chance to witness one of the coolest scenes of sportsmanship I have seen in a long time. After our Drink Round, the winners M&M, another one of our loyal 33 Taps teams, went and shared their trophy, a pitcher of beer, with Spring Break Bro! which was runner up. They didn't have to, yet they did. So, how lucky am I to get to host for such great players like that? Very much so. Congratulations, and cheers!
