QUIZ RECAP
HUUUUGE night of trivia at 33 Taps this week, as we had 3 big LA sports teams playing on the screens. While they played for our amusement, we had regular teams and newcomers competing for quizzy glory, in a near record turnout!
After a rocky start that had them far from the top spot, Outside Chancers roared back with a successful Double of Nothing on the final round to take the WIN!
They only beat Paul Ryan Field Trip Chaperone by ONE TINY POINT to push them into second. What's more amazing is that PRFTC got all the answers right in the final round but decided not to try to double!
Because we had so many teams, though, we got to give out three gift certificates, so third place team Three Plus One didn't do home empty handed. Yay!

It was an intimate and dramatic night of trivia this week at 33 Taps! We all has so much fun, and after the final scores were announced after Round 7, one team disputed their score successfully, and after yours truly did a little research, new rankings were announced, which resulted in a TIE for first place!!
After a tiebreaker question, Bananas Foster took the win and a swag package, while Downtown Sasquach grabbed 2nd place. Billy Bad Butt, who had been told they had second before the scores changed, went to 3rd place, but still took home a gift certificate! Yay! Everyone's happy!
