QUIZ RECAP

This Wednesday night we were where you'd expect us to be, playing King Trivia at 33 Taps. Nineteen teams were present, behold the results.

Kick Names Take Ass, formally known as Gang Does Trivia, hung out on the leaderboard the entire game, and with a high score of 71 points, finished in third place. The Gazpacho Police doubled on Rounds Six and Seven jumping to second place with a total of 74 points. First place winners, Artsy Fartsys doubled on four rounds successfully earning them the title with 78 points. Ducks Fly Together had a rough start, and their one wish was to at least win the Drink Round. Their wish was granted when they submitted a very strategically specific answer and won the pitcher of beer. Way to keep the faith, cheers Duckies!

I definitely feel like a winner when I eat the amazing food at 33 Taps. The crunch from the honey in the Honey Chilli Cauliflower will make your eyes roll to the back of your head. Ay, thinking about them makes me crave them all over, can't wait until next week to have them again! Thank you everyone for playing! QUIZ RECAP

Another packed house at 33 Taps solely for the joy of playing King Trivia. I have the best job, I am the luckiest human! There were 27 teams present, and as usual, three claimed the prizes.

Silver Lake Silver Fish, who although missed a step on a square dance question when they doubled down on Round Three, regained traction and took the third place prize with 69 points. After a couple of rough weeks, The Gandrews made it back on the leaderboard with 71 points, finishing in second place, well done team! Don't sleep on Tonya Harding Did Nothing Wrong, because they'll sneak up behind you and... take the first place prize. They earned it fair and square, though, with a high score of 79 points.

During the Drink Round two teams tied with the exact answer. 33 Taps allowed me to award both for teams for it, so The Gandrews and Peetles and Happy both received a pitcher of beer. I captured a beautiful moment as Peetles and Happy shared their prize with a neighboring team. I love my job!! :') 

Thank you everyone for playing and being the best company one could ever ask for, seriously, the most wondeful souls come and gather at 33 Taps. The crew running this joint are definitely resposible for the fun we get to have here, sincerely, thank you. Can't wait to see you all again next Wednesday!

QUIZ RECAP

Make room 33 Taps, because it's Wednesday and we've got 29, that's right, 29 teams here to play King Trivia! While it is all about fun, there are three prizes up for grabs, and only three teams can claim them. Although there is the bonus Drink Round, which wins you a pitcher of beer. A prize indeed, as far as I'm concerned. That trophy was claimed by team Perimeter Ops when they guessed the closest answer without going over.

Team Taylor’s Version had a rough start, but they shook it off and made it to the leaderboard with 55 points to win third place. Person Man Woman Camera TV, however had a different story, they came out punching and doubled down on Rounds One and Three and got a head start. With a final score of 60 points, they leveled up from last week's win and earned the second place prize. Artsy Fartsys did not mess around, they kept the lead all the way through the entire game, and with an outstanding score of 75 points, finished in first place.
