QUIZ RECAP

Siiiigh, Wednesdays... Easily becoming my favorite day of the week thanks to 33 Taps and all of its wonderful patrons. Week after week, we pack the place and have a blast playing King Trivia. 

With 30 teams on board, you bet it gets competative. We had a tie of 67 points to break by the end of seven rounds, leaving Trivia Shaft Fracture with an honorary fourth place mention and Gazpacho Police in third place. Defending their title from last week, with a consistently strong lead throughout the entire game, Trey Dongz came in second place with an impressive score of 73 points. Top Gun: Mad Dick reclaimed first place this time around with 75 points, and Trey Dongz did not make that easy for them. Shout out to Sweet Treat$ who won the Drink Round with the closest answer without going over, cheers!

Hump-days are for King Trivia at 33 Taps, and joining us were the most loyal teams of all time and of course plenty new teams too, woohoo!

No strangers to the leaderboard, were our top two winners. With incredibly high scores Trey Dongz finished in second place with 79 points, and Person Woman Man Camera TV dominated in first place with 87 points. Third place winner was Urethra Franklin, but mysteriously disappeared before I could award their prize and take their picture. Cheers to our Drink Round winners with the closest answer. Congratulations, everyone!

33 Taps, officially one of LA Time's best 15 places in Los Angeles for your trivia fix, oooh snap!! We did it, y'all! Thank you, we couldn't do it without your loyalty. I am honored beyond words.

Now, this week's winners. Fatiass had a strong boost from the start, that a steady and safe approach the rest of the way earned them a spot on the leaderboard with 66 points in third place. A lone wolf, Geralt of Trivia, took on the entire room and claimed their stake in second place with 69 points, most impressive. Tried and Trivial had two wins for the night as they snagged the Drink Round with a bullseye answer, then finished in first place with 70 points.
