Incredible standing-room-only crowd on hand to watch the second game of this year’s World Series. It was pandemonium until the Dodgers list it in the 11th inning!

Oh, heartbreak! After the game, many quizinators still had a hankering in their hearts for trivia, and HALLOWEENERS killed it with a score of 67! Well done, kids!

It was a bummer of a night for Dodgers fans, but not for team MURDER!! who managed to successfully double or nothing late to pull ahead and scrape out a win against a strong showing from Thrillhouse and More Cheese, Less Pants!

After a late start - had to wait for that playoff game to end - a surprising number of large teams stuck around to play, so a big thanks to everyone who hung out late and gave it their trivia-best, albeit, maybe a slightly sleepier / drunker than usual best.

After waiting for the Yankees to trounce the Indians in a sportball game that eerily mirrored American history, 33 Taps got to a great night of trivia, with scores very close and the lead changing hands several times throughout the game!  We even ended with a dramatic tie for 3rd place, where two teams had to face off in a tie-breaker question, with one team knowing they'd walk away empty-handed, and the other would not only get a gift certificate, but a small swag bundle as well...

The winner of that tie-breaker ended up being Trashley Wards, who more closely guessed Kim Kardashian's earnings for last year (but still guessed less than they actually were... ugh).  Second place team Kneel Before Pence looked on gratefully, as they only beat the 3rd placers by ONE POINT.  Winners Trashley Wards, however, had a comfortable lead after a couple of successful double-or-nothings to take home the biggest gift certificate AND the largest pack of swag.
