Oh, my 33 Taps, how I missed you! But I am ecstatic to be back and fulfill all of your King Trivia fix. Twenty-four teams completed seven rounds, here are the results.
A very proud moment for them, and indeed also one for this Quizmaster to see, for the first time in a long orbit The Neverending Shaft made it on the leaderboard in third place, final score 65 points. So happy for you! We Thought This Was Speed Dating but fate showed King Trivia night was better suited for them, claiming the second place prize with 77 points. Yet another testament to keeping the faith, Ducks Fly Together stayed in formation and flew their way to the very top of the scoreboard with the highest score of the night, 87 points, earning them the first place title for the first time. Congratulations, well done! Shout out to Tastefully Tipsy who won the Drink Round, cheers!

Fun times did abound last eve at 33 Taps. Mucho teams, mucho people, mucho demons!
In honor of Round 2, the Drinking Round was a competition to see who could do the best impression of a demon. We had growling, we had sneering, we had passionate renditions of our nation's very own legislators. But Phoenix Phan Club took the round with an impression that can only be described as alarming. I honestly thought the participant might have been choking or perhaps having a stroke. Satan himself, if he existed, would've been impressed!
But the parade of demons was not the only otherwordly thing that happened. There was also a TIE! For third place! Urethra Franklin and The Drunks battled it out for third by guessing how many rooms were in the MGM Grand Hotel. With a guess of 7,000, The Drunks took third place with a score of 59 points! In second place, Person Woman Man Camera TV locked it in with 61 points. And the always impressive Trey Dongz's first place score of 73 can only be described as hellish. May the fourth be with us today, but may the force be with you always, let me make that clear. This Wednesday we had 25 teams join us for King Trivia at 33 Taps, here are the final results.
Right at the threshold for third place, we had a tie between Reese's Pieces and The Drunks with 64 points, and the final decision was made thanks to my trusty tie-breaker round. In the end, The Drunks with the closest answer broke the tie and were awarded third place. Parking Lot Palz were feeling the winning vibe the entire evening firing double or nothings left and right. A flat tire on Round Four didn't get the best of them either, they kept the lead and even shook it off with another double down on Round Six. They landed in second place with 74 points though, because in came BB-8 Me Out from out of lightspeed to beat them to first place with 85 points. Revenge of the Bitch acquired a win for the night as well, with the closest answer during the Drink Round, cheers!
Another chance to claim prizes next week and maybe try the cauliflower or brussel sprouts. I couldn't decide, so 33 Taps decided a double win for me, thank you, y'all are the best! And so are every single one of you for joining us, thank you for playing. I hope to see you again next Wednesday!
