QUIZ RECAP

The magnificent return of King Trivia to Pineapple Hill was cheered by a couple of our regular teams. Eager for the game to start Quizmaster Yael jumped into round one with excitement - for the game, as well as the new digital answer sheets. By the end of Round One, a couple of newbies who weren't prepared for trivia bowed out leaving Free Smoke and The Kids Table 2.0 to battle it out for the remainder of the game. They tied in the first round but Free Smoke pounced a few points ahead by round two, holding onto their lead through the rest of the game.

Things were looking up for The Kids Table 2.0 as they tied Round 7, but ultimately the prize was Free Smokes. A counting drinking round game was played after the winners were announced and The Kids Table 2.0 found themselves the recipients of a round of drinks!

Both teams were glad to be back and look forward to their rematch next Tuesday! The newbies who opted out of the game vowed to return.

Great job tonight! Teams were dealt a tough hand at the start but they came back strong with round five and dominated that connection round! Teams knew their Irish movies for the drinking round and overall kept the game super close! However kids table with a final double down cinched their first place win! Great job everyone!

Quizmaster Yael filled in for Tuesday night trivia at Pineapple Hill. The game started off a bit wonky with technical difficulties, allowing teams to start with Round 2 the picture round. Everyone scored pretty well until they returned to Round 1 where a few teams dominated and set the pace for the rest of the game.

After a challenging 3rd Round, Quizmaster Yael rewarded the teams with a musical activity for the Drink Round: teams were tasked with identifying the Tv show theme song, along with the premiere year of the show. Free Smoke got the most answers correct and won the round.

Two teams prematurely guessed in Round 4 and ended up dropping down the ranks. Tequila Mockingbirds took advantage of some doubling, placing themselves in the lead for the night. It looked like Quiz Kid Donnie Smith was going to catch up until they doubled Round 5, only to miss one answer leaving them with a zero.

They made a comeback in 6th round landing themselves in third place behind Tequila Mockingbirds & Three Cool Boys. Trivia at Pineapple Hill will return to regular programming, Tuesday at 8pm
