QUIZ RECAP

1. We had a ream compliment not lacking zeal, however starting the game off with over a third with Goose Eggs can ruffle some feathers. Undeterred, a few of those were able to turn it around with a successful double, but were beginning to be outpaced by Eeyore's Dynamite and Tequila Mockingbirds who were able to double the first three rounds in a row!

Only the Kids' Table were able to seal the deal in round 4's first clue, but most were able to join in by the third. After the Mother fu- make that Tyrion Targaryan won the drinking round - apt - Doubles were back in play and Tequila Mockingbirds were able to leap far ahead of the field with two more before the end of the game, Finishing ahead of the Kid's Table who narrowly outpaced Eeyore's Dynamite.

A fabulous game with only one team name in need of redaction due to game of thrones spoilers.

The game started off with a top 50% median but kicked into high gear with high scores all around in the second round and the first double down for the night. Round three was similar; doubling up on the double downs, but things began to slow down in round four as teams became a little more conservative.

Very high scores in round five, but two high-value double-downs from Quiz Kid Donnie Smith and the Kids' Table made everyone a little nervous. Round six was devastating, but almost universally, as teams more less hovered around where they were. Round seven proved to be a little better, but a clutch final round double-down from Tequila mockingbirds cinched the win!

We mostly started off small today, but by round 2, teams were kicking it into high gear with most in the 70th percentile or higher and a few double-downs! Round 3 began to split things up as folks scored low or doubled and we began to see leaders emerge.

Many Teams scratched their heads for a while, trying to guess where, but a few decided to roll the dice early and Sin City obliged them kindly. Round 5 was a bit savage as the competition mounted and some of the leaders were able to secure high-value double-downs and pull waaaaaaay ahead!

Round 6 rocked everyone's confidence and teams began to choke on the fumes from all the auto exports in round 7, letting the scores even up a bit, but not quite enough and the leaders were able to stay far enough ahead to grasp victory.
