About Grunions Sports Bar & Grill

Grunions Sports Bar & Grill is a South Bay local landmark. It’s been a local’s favorite spot to watch any major (and even minor) sporting event while eating the best pub food around. It all started in 1974 when Grunions Sports Bar & Grill opened its doors in Manhattan Beach, CA. The mission then, as it is today, was to provide a place where people can go and enjoy great food and drinks while cheering on their favorite sports teams, in a comfortable (and family friendly) environment where everyone is treated like a regular even if it’s their first visit. Whether you live in the area or just visiting, we have what you are looking for…guaranteed!

Team Plutonium started the night off strong by doubling the first round. The next couple of rounds saw the teams's scores roughly similar. The teams got to know the QM a little more during the drinking round when they guessed quotes from his favorite movies. During the fifth round The other Bar Was Full doubled to usurp Team Plutonium's lead. Unfortunately, a lack of knowledge of Heptathlon sports was the Other Bar Was Full's downfall and ended up in second place. See you all next week.

Doc-tor, Quiztopher Walken, and Team Plutonium started the night by doubling the first round. Drinking round saw players becoming aerospace engineers, as they tried to build the farthest flying airplane. Team Face Down Ass Up won the drinking game. The game was close, but ultimately Team Face Down Ass Up got the victory. It was a tie for third place, causing Quiztopher Walken and Daddy to go into a tie-breaker round. When asked the closing DOW industrial average, Quiztopher Walken got Price is Righted by Daddy as they went over the correct value.
