QUIZ RECAP

Daddy doubled appropriately, giving the top spot for the first time in a while! Finally!!! Team Plutonium had a last minute comeback landing them in second place. And We're Fine Everything's Fine continues their streak of landing in the top 3. All is right in the world! Excited to have a couple new teams out this week and hope to see you all next week.

QUIZ RECAP

After 2 weeks at the top, We're Fine fell to their demise (a.k.a. 5th place). For our top place finishers, the always strong and steady Quiztopher Walken ended the game in 3rd place. Meanwhile Daddy got their groove back with several successful Double attempts - as well as several successful NON Double attempts - which are equally as important! 😉 This allowed them to have a massive lead nearly the entire game until the resilient Team Plutonium made a large stride in the final round causing a tie between the two for 1st place! In the end, the final winner would prove to be Team Plutonium! Kudos to B Team for winning the Drinking Round by successfully coming closest to guessing the total run time (in seconds) of my favorite movie, Back to the Future Part II! They go to the past AND the future - what's not to love?! 🙂

QUIZ RECAP

After a couple weeks of me hounding team Daddy for their poor Doubling strategy, they decided to lean in and Double for EVERY. SINGLE. ROUND. Making them Daddy Always Doubles. The only round in which they could not Double was the Guess Who? Round (which happened to be their most successful Round - getting the answer on the first clue!). Every other round, however, would further solidify their demise... They missed only 1 or sometimes 2 answers each round but that doesn't matter when you're risking it all for Double the points! It was a ballsy move and I commend them for taking the risk - even if it put them in last place for the evening. Better luck next week!

For our drinking round we had each team select an Easter egg from the Easter basket - and while only 1 team got the lucky egg, everyone else received a lotto ticket in theirs! (They all ended up being losing tickets but hey, it's fun to play scratch offs, right?!)

Congrats to We're Fine Everything's Fine for taking home the top prize for a 2nd week in a row!!! And to Team Plutonium for ending in second place again! Big kudos to RIP Bill Paxton who were FINALLY able to place in the top 3 after many weeks of chasing. Thanks to all of our new teams who came out this week - y'all were a blast and I hope to see you next time!
