Well I just had a super time in the super cool new Dungeon Room of The White Harte, with some super players under tonight's super moon!
Cruising into 3rd place tonight, a team so smooth they've gotta be a band or something! Eddie and the Cruisers!
In 2nd place, a lovely lady whom I think is oh so sweet, I promise I didn't let her cheat! Team Cookie! (My wife)
Tonight's big winners, not only taking home 1st place by a 12 point spread! But, also winning tonight's "Hybrid Hold'em" Drinking round where we played a weird variation of Texas Hold'em poker of my own creation. 1/2 Hold'em, 1/2 7 card draw. 6 Adults! They don't come in as often anymore, due to their grown-up responsibilities (yuck) but I'm glad they got a chance to come out tonight and play with me, the eternal child!

After a brief hiatus due to remodeling, King Trivia is BACK at The White Harte! Holy crap you guys! The newly renovated area is absolutely gorgeous!
In tonight's game we had a bitter rivalry between two first time (soon to be regular) teams, Cardenas Supreme and Cardenas Extreme! Was it fate that brought these teams together in mental combat? Did they know each other in past lives? Current lives? I don't know! I just shut up and ask the questions! ... Wait... I don't "shut up," I never shut up! ... You know what I mean!
It was Cardenas Supreme who reigned... uh, well... Supreme in tonight's game!
I've missed all of you! I can guarantee that we are back and it was worth the wait! The new space is incredible!

The energy tonight at The White Harte was palpable! There were a lot of "OH OH OH OH OH's" and "AAAARRRGH I KNOOOOW THIIIIS's" and my personal favorite "Oh Shit! Gimme that!"
Then there was my drinking round, that had a lot of crazy sounding stuff! We played "Watch Ya Mouth" a crazy game where 1 player puts a thing in their mouth that forces it open and reads a card while a teammate tries to guess what the hell they're saying! Things like "gungle gees hove honea hies" (bumble bees love honey pies) and "hoo lhays hass hionin in ha cant" (who plays bass violin in the band!) It was pretty crazy! The Trivia Squanchers won with a total of 6 correct interpretations in a minute!
Meanwhile in the official King Trivia game...
Coming in 3rd place tonight, a team that had the incredible pop culture savvy to combine a popular 70's spy show with a 2007 youtube viral video Charlie's Angels Bit My Finger!
In 2nd place, I bet they were looking at my bum while I was making my drawrings, and making good sport of it! The Cheeky Delinquents!
