A night of firsts at the White Harte! First time 7 way tie at 14 (double or nothing & registered team bonus points) after round 1! First time over half our teams doubled in the matching round but only 1 team succeeded. And, it took 5 years, but I was finally hit on by a patron. Unfortunately for her, not only am I "super cute" but I'm also super engaged. I was however, super flattered!
My players know me way too well! Which made our "Will You be my Valentine?" Drinking round really hard to judge! Teams had to make me a valentine (in the recap pictures.) Teams obviously know my love for comics, the occult and heavy metal. There were some very personalized cards in the bunch!
Our drinking round winners also snagged 3rd place! The team whose name is at this point a flat out LIE! The More we Drink the Less we Know Stuff!
In 2nd place, The super corrupted youth... Children on Meth! Hey, at least it's not Tide Pods!
Tonight's champions were the only team to NAIL the double on our matching round! They're total jocks, but only in the eyes of the rest of the drama kids, the Theatre Olympians!

A couple days after the super bowl and the sports fans were still winning tonight at The White Harte!
Not only winning a tie breaker for 3rd place against Kirkland Signature. But Also, winning our "Hybrid Hold 'Em" where teams played a mix of Texas Hold 'Em and Draw Poker with a full house. The team that never seems to know less despite how much they drink... The More we Drink the Less we Know Stuff!
In 2nd place, comprised of such famous players as The Tick, Cyclops, Beast, Sue Storm, Captain America and Batman from the 70's... Generic Blue Superheroes!

I don't know abut y'all, but I had a friggin' BLAST tonight at the White Harte! I'm supposed to be the one with the jokes, but tonight my players had me in stitches!
We had the first tie in a really long time! Both teams were long time regulars. Tyrian Lanaster's favorite team The More we Drink the Less we Know Stuff and the sequel of last week's champions Revenge of the Chicken Sandwiches went head to head in a tie breaker about the first ever Olympic Games! The Last of...Wait, I mean... The Revenge of the Chicken Sandwiches claimed 2nd!
Clenching 1st place AND tonights "And the Winner is..." drinking round where I had teams tell me the grammy winners for each category in a race to 3 correct answers... Honestly, their victory of the drinking round was poetic... Shakesbeers!
