You guys! You guys! You guys! I got a new PA!!! (My dumb ass diagnosed the problem wrong. Luckily Sara & everyone at the King Trivia office hooked me up! I really would've been SOL without it, because WE WERE PAAAAAAAACKED!!!!! We had teams sharing friggin' tables!
Tonight's drinking round was "Everyone's a Comedian" where I had teams write jokes. Mary and I picked out favorite! Some were political, some were really dark, and some I didn't understand until I read through them again while writing this. The lucky drink winners were Baby's Night Out! With: "Did you hear about the man with five dicks? ... His pants fit like a glove!" Congrats! That sounds like a classic, but I can honestly say I've never heard it before!
Meanwhile... In our regular trivia game... In 3rd place, the weasels that pack a punch! The Fighting Mongooses! Consistently scoring high in all 7 rounds!
Skyrocketing above 8 of their competitors and into 2nd place, with a perfect double down in the final round! A team with the dirtiest, longest and hardest (to say) names I've encountered in a long while, newcomers Dildo Teabaggins & the Mustache Ride of the Gods!

Tonight's drinking round was a simplified game of the pub classic: darts! A rep from each team got one dart to throw at the board, the highest score won! (I didn't include doubles or triples, because to be honest, I forgot which was which.) Team Vitamin D (Oh my!) *I definitely used my George Tekei impression on that!* won some drinks by hitting the 20! They were the 2nd team up, making it really hard for the other teams to win!
Coming in 3rd place, this team hunted down a victory with the fervor of a Greek Goddess! Team Artemis!

Murphy's law: If something can go wrong, it will. Fortunately for me, Murphy's law only struck at the end of my game when I had to switch over to my AMAZINGLY BOOMING VOICE (after my mic died) in order to announce the answers for round 7 and tonight's final scores/winners. Speaking of winners... Winning tonight's "Find the Fool" Drinking Round where I shuffled a joker into a deck of cards and teams guessed how many cards it would take to get to "the fool." My fellow Futurama fans The Fighting Mongooses got a little more drunk than they first anticipated!
