We had a nice intimate night at the White Harte, we lit some candles, put on some Barry White and made sweet sweet--Wait, no. The competition was fierce! GRRR BABY VERY GRRR!!
Team "Win for Vin" won for Vin, swooping in at the last minute to overtake "Rock, Paper, Quizzers" who held the lead the whole game. "Sweet Christmas" came in third showing that they, like Luke Cage are a force to be reckoned with. Peter from "Don't Panic W/ Maximum Effort" showed that his super power is comic book nerd trivia in our drinking round NEMESIS where players had to identify the super hero by their villain.

It was a great night of King Trivia at the White Harte Pub in Woodland Hills this Tuesday with a guest appearance by Quiz Master Hannah. Just wanted to wish Adam a speedy recovery– no one likes being sick!
The highlight tonight was totally our drinking round, sadly entitles "Cherry Pie," but everyone preferred pumpkin...
Teams sent a representative for a good 'ol fashioned pie eating contest for the chance to win some booze! Pete certainly knows how to eat some pie, winning it for Michael J. Fox's Etch-a-Sketch! Video to come soon!
While the drinking round was awesome, we have to give a huge shout out to Oscar's Big Brain! The team of three dominated the competition, correctly doubling several times for the win!

While QM Adam was enjoying box seats at Dodger Stadium, watching the hated Giants get a win(Dammit, Adam!), Quizmaster Pete made a surprise fill in on one of the most challenging games ever at the White Harte!
Cherie Glazers nailed a double down in Round one, and lead the entire game to win with a score of 51, narrowly edging out Rock, Paper, Quizzers who finished the game with 50.
In another close match for third, The Cunning Linguists came back to tie The Basket of Deplorables at 38 a piece, just to lose out in the tie breaker question, giving the Deplorables third place.
New couple team, Mr. & Mrs. Split had lady luck on their side as the were the High Rollers in the Drinking round, making their date all the sweeter.
Twas a wonderful time at the White Harte, even though no one in the room knew a thing about Woody Allen movies. 😉
