OH WHOA OH OH OH! You guys! I hope you had as much fun as I did! We had returning teams, new teams, a... deceptively difficult quiz and a quizmaster that had a huge smile on his face the whole damn time! There was a total of 13 Double or Nothing's throughout the game! Those who missed said doubles, only missed by 1 or 2 answers! WOW!
We all know and love the King Trivia logo, "the trivia guy" who, somehow I have come to resemble... But in tonight's drinking round "Rebranding" I had teams draw me a new logo for King Trivia. (You're welcome KT marketing team!) All of the submissions were fantastic! But Team Jevans Royale claimed the booze with their Game of Thrones inspired "King of Trivia... Winner is Coming" slogan!
Now for our point based winners! Some regular players were joined by some fresh blood! They took some daring shots with 4 double downs! Team Artemis was hunting for a prize and made the kill! Their aim was true, but just enough for 3rd place.
Ron Swanson once said. "Never half ass two things. Whole ass one thing." In this case, Team Parks and Wrecked whole assed King Trivia! Doubling down 3 times! Succeeding twice! Giving them the 2nd place spot in tonight's game!
For new comers Dungeons & Draughts, the DC was high, combatting such experienced foes. Some early critical failures were redeemed towards the end of the battle, and these adventurers claimed a 1st place victory!

Tonight's game at the White Harte was crazy fun! The enthusiasm my players have really just blows me away every week! To my new comers, I really hope that you had a great time and that I'll see you again! OK! Enough mushy stuff and on to tonight's WINNERS! Claiming victory in tonight's "Last is First" drinking round, where I gave team representatives a category and they had to name something that begins with the last letter of the answer from the person before them within 3 seconds or be eliminated. Tonight's category was Musical Artists. So, if someone said, "Dropkick Murphy's" the next player could say, "Sade" and so on. Amit from The Trivia Squanchers outlasted everyone else with his vast knowledge of bands probably only he and I knew. \m/
Coming in 3rd place was a team that didn't quite live up to their name, but in a good way... Wrong Again!
Our 2nd place team held the lead throughout over half the game with a powerful back to back double in the first 2 rounds! Their aim was true, but not quite to the godly standards we've come to hold them to. Team Artemis!
Does Whiz Khalifa have a song called "trust your gut"? Because I feel like our 1st place team Quiz Khalifa should have! They scored perfectly in rounds 2, 3, 5, AND 7! But only doubled in round 2. They still won by a 15 point spread, but DAAAAMN could you imagine a 31 point win?

Tonight's game at The White Harte was out of this world! Partially due to the old sci-fi movie playing on the screen behind me, but mostly because my player's brain waves were reaching astronomical levels!
Tonight's drinking round was a childhood classic game of Musical Chairs! Players rocked out to some Def Leppard while competing for a seat! Derek from Team Artemis hit the bullseye on the final chair!
Just like Ann Perkins, the poetic noble land mermaids of Parks and Wrecked had a powerful start with a perfect double in round 1 and maintained the lead through 4 rounds. Finishing the game in 3rd place.
With the uncanny luck of Rick Sanchez on the*ERRAARRGHH*ir side. The Trivia Squanchers used their portal guns to jump into 2nd place with a perfect double in round 6!
Tonight's 1st place winners started out a little slow, but really made an impact towards the end with a double in round 5 and impressive scores on 6 & 7. It was beautiful, in a horrifying way. Just like a Slow Motion Crash!
