About Rasselbock Kitchen & Beer Garden

We are striving to bring the best in fresh & authentic German cuisine to Long Beach. Our menu includes various versions of schnitzel, sausages, Bavarian pretzels and of course our famous apple strudel.

It also includes multiple vegetarian & vegan options and kid-friendly dishes.

Rasselbock, Kitchen & Beer Garden is located in Bixby Knolls, a beautiful neighborhood just 10 min from Downtown Long Beach.

We have a parking lot with over 40 spots behind the restaurant and free parking on Atlantic Ave for 2h. Rasselbock is a German restaurant and pub specializing in German food with a modern twist and freshly tapped German and Belgian beers since we opened in 2016. Featuring over 35 German and Belgian beers, homemade sangrias and a great selection of German and Californian Wines.

A close one this week at Rasselbock! The top two separated themselves from the pack by the third round after The Shih-tzu and Pants! each doubled two of the first three rounds. They jostled for position the next few rounds, but Shih-Tzu knew one more lake in the final round (Name the 10 largest lakes in the US) to win by a point. 

Larry Metzger's victory with The Shih-Tzu means he has now won with at least four different teams at Rasselbock.

Salinas Foos did their best to make it a three way race, charging to within 6 points to finish third, well ahead of the other five teams.

Brandon, Don't Buy a Ford took home a commanding 26 point victory, despite missing team member Brandon whose Ford broke down.

 The race for second and third was tight, with Pants! topping the best of the rest at 45 and Draft Drunk "One More Stein" third with 41.

Another exciting week of trivia at Rasselbock.  Our teams all put up a good fight, but Marhsall's Minions commanded a strong lead until their eventuak victory.  Notable one man team The Shih-tzu moved his way up the ranks to third place, and for the second week in a row, won the beer round.
