About Rasselbock Kitchen & Beer Garden

We are striving to bring the best in fresh & authentic German cuisine to Long Beach. Our menu includes various versions of schnitzel, sausages, Bavarian pretzels and of course our famous apple strudel.

It also includes multiple vegetarian & vegan options and kid-friendly dishes.

Rasselbock, Kitchen & Beer Garden is located in Bixby Knolls, a beautiful neighborhood just 10 min from Downtown Long Beach.

We have a parking lot with over 40 spots behind the restaurant and free parking on Atlantic Ave for 2h. Rasselbock is a German restaurant and pub specializing in German food with a modern twist and freshly tapped German and Belgian beers since we opened in 2016. Featuring over 35 German and Belgian beers, homemade sangrias and a great selection of German and Californian Wines.

Quizard of Oz was the big winner this week, doubling rounds 2 and 5 en route to a four point victory. Tim's Got Bofa Deez Nuts finished second and It Feels Good to be Bad beat St Luke's I Love It in a tiebreaker for third.

Trivia night here at Rasselbrock Kitchen & Beer Garden!  Patrons came from all around Long Beach to test their knowledge of Chevy models and Presidential lines of succession.  One team came out on top though - "We're getting the band back together" pulled ahead in the last three rounds!  Until next week, here's to another wonderful night of trivia!

Sandy Wednesdays got off to a hot start, the only team to double round 1. They never relinquished the lead, winning for the second straight week. Biting Bishops briefly tied them with a doubled round 3, but then got the Guess Who wrong and then apparently went home early. Welcome Back Bryan did their best to catch up, doubling rounds 5 and 7, but it wasn't enough as Wednesdays also doubled 5 and were perfect in round 6.

We Drink and We Don't Know Things finished a point out of third but was awarded bronze as Biting Bishops wasnt there to claim their prize.
