About Rasselbock Kitchen & Beer Garden

We are striving to bring the best in fresh & authentic German cuisine to Long Beach. Our menu includes various versions of schnitzel, sausages, Bavarian pretzels and of course our famous apple strudel.

It also includes multiple vegetarian & vegan options and kid-friendly dishes.

Rasselbock, Kitchen & Beer Garden is located in Bixby Knolls, a beautiful neighborhood just 10 min from Downtown Long Beach.

We have a parking lot with over 40 spots behind the restaurant and free parking on Atlantic Ave for 2h. Rasselbock is a German restaurant and pub specializing in German food with a modern twist and freshly tapped German and Belgian beers since we opened in 2016. Featuring over 35 German and Belgian beers, homemade sangrias and a great selection of German and Californian Wines.

Achievers, enthusiasts, and challengers alike gathered at Rasselbock Kitchen and Beer Garden for a great night of trivia! Wheatus gave us Teenage Dirtbag and the "Dirtbags" gave us 51 points, winning third place. "I just quizzed my pants" might steal your sunshine...or second place, with a brave Double or Nothing that rocketed them upward! And lastly (but certainly not leastly), while Clark Kent might be able to hide his superhero identity with a pair of glasses, there was nothing hiding the superstars of the night as "Dizunattsu" arose victorious with 62 points. The scoreboard was ever changing and all teams gave it their best for a wonderful night.

69 points for the second week in a row for Tim doesn't know my birthday after 50 years, as they cruised to a 19 point victory.

85% tariffs on imported pants! narrowly beat Larry’s Last Lost Lingers Like leftover Liver for second, with Why Yukiko Why?! and SoCal I just missing the podium.

'Twas a very competitive game at Rasselbock trivia this week. 6 teams doubled the first round. Nobody doubled successfully again until round 5, when MacKlunky! accomplished the feat to separate themselves from the pack. They finished with a nice 69 points.  Casually Indifferent was perfect in 5 and 6 but doubled neither of them, leaving them in second with 58. SoCal I finished third with 51, beating Yes Larry We Doubled by 1. Team Edify won the drinking round.
