About Rasselbock Kitchen & Beer Garden

We are striving to bring the best in fresh & authentic German cuisine to Long Beach. Our menu includes various versions of schnitzel, sausages, Bavarian pretzels and of course our famous apple strudel.

It also includes multiple vegetarian & vegan options and kid-friendly dishes.

Rasselbock, Kitchen & Beer Garden is located in Bixby Knolls, a beautiful neighborhood just 10 min from Downtown Long Beach.

We have a parking lot with over 40 spots behind the restaurant and free parking on Atlantic Ave for 2h. Rasselbock is a German restaurant and pub specializing in German food with a modern twist and freshly tapped German and Belgian beers since we opened in 2016. Featuring over 35 German and Belgian beers, homemade sangrias and a great selection of German and Californian Wines.

Another great round of trivia, held at Rasselbock Kitchen & Beer Garden. Regular patrons tried their hand and matching villains up with their secret identities and showcasing their general knowledge about the environment.  The first and second place prizes came down to a tie breaker, which was an exciting way to end the evening. Drink Coffee at the Merchant and Just Me and Google had quite a showdown this week, with 4 lead changes and ample trash talking. Ultimately, Merchant put things to rest with a tough double-or-nothing in the final round to turn a two point deficit into a 10 point lead and capture the victory. 

Octopants with a Jessica-Shaped Hole hung with them at the top initially, but an incorrect Guess Who guess set them back, and they finished third.

Marshall-angelo led after every round except round 2, and coasted to a 15 point win. They overcame a failed double to end with a nice 69 points.

3 Men and a Larry came in second with 53.

Casually Indifferent rounded out the podium with 47, while also capturing the drinking round (by having the closest guess to the number of Major League baseball players to have ever played).
