About Hyperion Public - Silver Lake

We are your local neighborhood restaurant and bar where everyone is welcome hence the word "Public" in our name. Our restaurant has a rough luxe decor serving quality food and cocktails, a mix of craft and traditional beers, along with a good selection of wines, in a communal atmosphere. Hidden in the back of the restaurant is our upstairs bar and lounge also serving food and cocktails, that has a jukebox, dartboard, piano, mic, and TVs for sports (Sunday NFL Ticket).

Can you believe it? Just one week until my birthday!

I mean, yeah there was trivia and stuff on Monday, sure. Buuuuut...it's my birthday next Monday!

I mean, yeah I'm turning 31 so who really cares? Buuuuuut...it's my birthday! I can do whatever I want!

So hopefully all these great teams like Wife Guys and Crescent Rolls and Pickle Party and Hyper Ions will show up next week to wish me a happy birthday! And sure, maybe play some trivia too.

A brutally close night of trivia at Hyperion Public on Monday night. These teams were so close to each other in scores that was nearly a dead heat all night. Of course, only Anti-Humorous Team Name could and would emerge the winner. Don't Go Jason Waterfalls smashed that drinking round with 14/15 correct. But the true heroes were Carter Zeroes, who doubled nearly every round they could. It definitely did not pay off, but you gotta love the nerve.

Holy mackerel, what a turn out at Hyperion Public on Monday. In large part due to football (but also in large part due to my exceptional hosting skills) we had a whopping twenty one teams show up to play. And you know who won out of all that? You know who took home the gold out of the nearly 80 people who showed? Little. Lebowski's. Urban. Achievers. It's bananas! How do they keep doing it, week after week? And second place's Crescent Rolls was a full 11 points behind them, so it wasn't even close. I mean like, damn. Also, there was a puppy named One-Eyed Willy, so hopefully he makes his return next week.
