QUIZ RECAP

Another packed bar full of trivia players were on hand at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills on Wednesday night for King Trivia! We had questions about baseball teams, Mad Max, Pronunciation, and charities and their celebrities! It was a fun one! 

Trader Joe's Hoes won the Drinking Round by outlasting other players from other teams in correctly providing the name of a baseball team and a reality television show. One by one players were eliminated when they couldn't come up with one of each or mentioned one another person had said. So Trader Joe's Hoes won themselves some shots! 

Not only did they win the Drinking Round, but they also won the third place prize for the night of the $10 gift certificate! Quite a night for sure! 

Coming in second place and scoring 62 points, was Headscratchers! Always a solid King Trivia foe to beat, Headscratchers took home the $20 gift certificate! Very impressive! 

And our resident winning team, who are always tough to beat, I Could Eat That Burnt Toast for Lunch, scored a cool 83 points to take 1st place yet again and win that $30 gift certificate for their team! Solid as always you guys!

QUIZ RECAP

We had a nice enthusiastic bar full of people eager to play King Trivia at Pickwick's Pub on Wednesday night! We answered questions about tech nerds, Freaky Friday type body swaps, the layers of the atmosphere, the Eiffel tower, and different types of peppers! What a mixed bag!

For the Drinking Round teams sent up one player each to compete in a game where they had to blow up and tie off three balloons. Whoever was the first to blow up all three balloons and tie them up the quickest without popping them, would win the round of shots for their team! Doing it the fastest successfully was Hanky Panky! Great great job!

Hanky Panky also tied for the lead at the end of the game with BurntBuster Toast Videos with 88 points. So we had to have a tiebreaker to see who would win. The question was, "How many rivets were used in the Eiffel Tower?" Both teams first guessed two million, and then I asked for a more specific number, and both said 2.5 million, which was the correct answer. So they had to do Rock Paper Scissors to decide the winner! Coming out on top was BurntBuster Toast Videos! They took home the $25 gift certificate, and Hanky Panky took home the $15 gift certificate!

Coming in 3rd scoring 64 points, was team Bangerz No Mash! They took home the $10 gift certificate!
