QUIZ RECAP

What a packed house it was at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills for King Trivia on Wednesday night! The final game of the World Series was on and probably several people had taken Halloween off the following day, so it was a full bar!

Coming in third place was Fire on the Mountain who scored 45 points! Two other teams also scored 45 points, so there was agree way tie for the 2nd and 3rd place prizes. Fire on the Mountain got the second closest guess for the tiebreaker question, so they won 3rd and walked away with the $10 gift certificate!

Coming in second, was You Are My Density who guessed the closest guess for the tiebreaker question and beat out two other teams to win the $20 gift certificate 2nd place prize!

And coming in 1st place this week was a team who hadn't come to trivia in a while, but hit the ground running scoring 57 points and taking the 1st place prize of a $30 gift certificate! Congrats to Alternative Facts! Welcome back!

Another fun Wednesday night game of King Trivia at Pickwick's Pub is in the books!

With Halloween coming up the following week, Quizmaster Danny asked the teams to draw their "scariest" costume ideas for Halloween for the Drinking Round. The winner's of the Drinking Round drew a positive pregnancy test stick! I can't think of anything scarier! Congrats to Hanky Panky for winning the round of shots!

Coming in third place was Horses on a Star Destroyer with 59 points! They won a $10 gift certificate! Good job!

Coming in 2nd place was Bristol Fashion who scored 71 points and won a $29 gift certificate! Great job!

And of course, last but not least, the Mighty Mighty Puffins scored 83 points and took home the 1st place prize, a $30 gift certificate! Amazing job!

Another fun night at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills for King Trivia!

For the Drinking Round, teams played a head to head matchup tournament style of the Family Feud fast money game. Each team sent one player up to compete. Two players at a time would go head to head. They would be asked a former Family Feud fast money question, and the person who "buzzed-in" the fastest with the most popular answer would move on to the next round. Team after team went until only two teams remained. BuffaLOW Expectations squared off with Hanky Panky, and BuffaLOW Expectations came out on top and won the round of shots! Awesome job!

Coming in 3rd was October 19th scoring 64 points!

In 2nd was Hanky Panky who scored 67 points and won the $20 gift certificate.

And who do you think won? Why it was the Mighty Mighty Puffins of course! And somehow they managed to win by scoring exactly 69 points! Only the Puffins! They took home the $30 gift certificate! Way to go!
