Thanks to all who came out tonight at Pickwick's Pub this Thanksgiving Eve! A special shout out to Samantha - Happy Birthday!!! - for being such an amazing hostess for her group and keeping those teams engaged and organized! Hope you had a wonderful celebration, you beautiful example of a great human bean, YOU! 

To our hosts at Pickwick's, THANK YOU for being such an awesome restaurant with great servers and 'tenders! I appreciate the support as a sub QM.

QUIZ RECAP

Could you guess that we had another fun night of King Trivia at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills on Wednesday night? Of course you could! Cause we always have a blast! This week players got out of the rain to face another 7 rounds of King Trivia's question masters' best to see who would reign supreme!

For the Drinking Round, each team sent up a representative to play. Each one from each team gathered around a table putting their cell phones down on top of it. The objective of the game was to stop their phone's stopwatch as closely as possible to 10 seconds. The catch? They had to stop the stopwatch with their nose! It was a close game as most everyone got pretty near 10 seconds, but the closest two teams were Trader Joe's Hoes with 10.15 seconds, and the winners of the Drinking Round, Slow Cooked with 9.88 seconds! What an exciting game! Slow Cooked won the round of shots!

But that's not all they won, because the also scored 43 points by the end of the evening, which was enough to get them third place and win a $10 gift certificate for their team! Not a bad night! 

Coming in second place, and going back and forth with the winning team through the last several rounds, was team Hanky Panky! Naturally, they were in the winners' circle again, as they are most every week that they come to play, but were only able to nab the $20 gift certificate with their score of 60 points. Nothing to be ashamed of at all!

The winners, scoring 63 points, and taking home the $30 gift certificate, was team HELL MODE! Both Hanky Panky and HELL MODE only had two players on their teams, and each put up a valiant fight, but HELL MODE came in 3 points ahead to take the win away from Hanky Panky! Excellent job to all the teams!

Well, that about sums it up! We will see you back at Pickwick's Pub next Wednesday at the same King Trivia time, same King Trivia channel! Remember to help control the pet population, have your pets spayed and neutered. Good night! 

QUIZ RECAP

We had another blast at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills on Wednesday night for King Trivia! If you were there you would know!

For the Drinking Round teams went head to head versus another team to try and "buzz in" the fastest to identify popular 80's and 90's TV theme tunes. The winners of the Drinking Round were Pebbles Posse! They won the round of shots for their team!

AND they also won the first place prize of the $30 gift certificate by beating out the other teams scoring a whopping 71 points! That's called a sweep! Way to go!

We had to have a tiebreaker question to determine second and third place as both Headscratchers and Burning Daylight Toast scored a huge 67 points! After we asked a question about the domestic box office earnings of TMNT movie from 2014, Burning Daylight Toast took the second place prize of the $20 gift certificate, and Headscratchers took home the $10 gift card with third place!

Way to go to all the teams that played! We'll be back next Wednesday night at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills for more King Trivia! Remember to help control the pet population, have your pets spayed and neutered!
