Well we had a few later bloomer teams that showed up in round two, but everyone was excited to play king trivia At Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills on Wednesday night.
I learned something that night... I learned that people have trouble coordinating a correct rock, paper, scissors, shoot method. For the drinking round there was a rock paper scissors tournament, and team Hanky Panky survived 3 rounds to win the round of shots for his team!
Hanky Panky also killed it Wednesday night, taking first place and scoring a whopping 65 points!
Coming in Second Place were the Mighty Mighty Puffins! The mighty Mighty Puffins continue to have impressive scoring every week, and were ranked 33rd out of over 500 King Trivia teams playing during the League Play leading up to next year's tournament of champions!
Way to go to both teams! See you next Wednesday!

Gotta love a hump day! Especially, when you have King Trivia at Pickwick's Pub to look forward to!
For the drinking round, teams had to blow up a balloon, then pop it between their bodies! Whoever did that twice the fastest won a round of shots! Chris Ellis the God took home those shots! Way to go guys!
In 2nd place, with 59 points, were the DGAF'n Dorks! They took 2nd place away from the Knucleheads in the final round with a succesful double down! The Knuckleheads were so close with 55 points!
In First place, they couldn't be caught, the Mighty Mighty Puffins! They scored a whopping 89 points after successfully doubling down 3 times during the game! Way to go team!

Wow! 15 teams came out on Wednesday night filling both rooms of Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills for King Trivia on Wednesday night! People love King Trivia!
For the drinking round, teams had to send up a player and a good joke for an Open Mic night! From a nun giving a BJ to a taxi driver, to a exam doctor, to a plastic surgeon, to a new sex position called the dolphin, teams did not disappoint! Laughs were had by all, but killing it was the Gin Soaked Bar Maids with their joke, and took home the shots!
Coming in 3rd was Pogue Mahoney, a team of 3 players, Erin, Paul, and Melanie, who scored a whopping 74 points to take down some larger teams and win a $10 gift certificate!
Winning a $20 gift certificate and coming in a rare 2nd place were the Mighty Mighty Puffins, usually appearing in the top 3, scored 78 points!
And coming in 1st place and taking home the $100 gift certificate were the Fire Breathing Llamas who scored 79 points!
