QUIZ RECAP
This week at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills for King Trivia, we tested each team's physical stamina and their knowledge! You never know what kind of variety you will get at a King Trivia game!
For the Drinking Round, teams had to send up one player of their team to test their physical prowess in an endurance competition where the last person standing on one leg while holding their other leg the longest. If a player let go of their leg, leaned on something, or their leg touched the ground, they would be out. Last person standing would win the Drinking Round! It took several minutes to whittle down the teams, but finally, team Popeye's Spinach Muscles outlasted everyone, and won the round of shots for his team! Woot woot!
Coming in 3rd place and taking home the $10 gift certificate, was team Hanky Panky. They scored 59 points with a successful double or nothing in Round 6! Awesome job!
Scoring 71 points, and taking the 2nd place prize and a $20 gift certificate, were the Mighty Mighty Puffins! The previous week they won 1st place scoring 69 points, but this week scoring 71 was only good enough to get them 2nd place! Great job anyway, and we'll see what happens next week!
Last but not least, taking 1st place and winning the $30 gift certificate for their team, were Roger Roger! They had two successful double or nothings, and got the 10 point clue correct in round 4! Way to go!

What a wonderful Wednesday night it was at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills for King Trivia again!
For the Drinking Round this week, teams had to be the first team to successfully toss a marshmallow into their teammate's mouth. Everyone formed two lines in the backroom of Pickwick's Pub. Each teammate would stand about 10 feet apart and on go had to start tossing marshmallows to their team mate. As quizmaster, I normally don't get to play in the Drinking Round, but since there was a team with only one member, I volunteered to be the marshmallow catcher. I tried to film a YouTube video of the Drinking Round, but because I was trying to catch a marshmallow tossed to me by one of the teams, the video didn't have the best perspective, but if you would like to see it, you can watch it here! Congrats to Yeti Droppings for dropping in that marshmallow the fastest and winning the round of shots for their team! Way to go!
Coming in 3rd place was the solo member team, Trust Me, I'm a Doctor. By himself he beat out 7 other teams on his way to scoring 46 points and taking home the $10 gift certificate! Awesome job!
In second place, scoring 54 points, were the Brainy Vixens, who I believe made there first entrance into the top three this week with their 2nd place position! They took home the $20 gift certificate! Way to go! Welcome to the winner's circle!
And who else could possibly be in first place AND score the best score of 69 points? That's right, you guessed it, the Mighty Mighty Puffins! They took home the $30 gift certificate, which is a pretty standard occurrence for them! Keep on keeping on you guys!

QUIZ RECAP
Another fun Wednesday night at Pickwick's Pub was had for those playing some King Trivia, and if you weren't there, you definitely missed out! Luckily I'm here to tell you all about it!
For the Drinking Round, teams had to compete in a physical competition where they had to send one member up to compete, and that person had to try and do as many push ups in 30 seconds as they could. Many teams did great, with an average of about 39-40 in 30 seconds, but the team that won, the Killer B's, was able to do 46 in a half a minute! Amazing! Hope you enjoyed that round of shots after all that exercise!
Coming in 3rd place after having a tiebreaker question they had to win, was team Hakuna Matata. They had to guess how tall, in feet was the Statue of Liberty and guessed closest to the correct answer. They scored 62 points and won a $10 gift certificate! Good job!
Coming in Second Place was Hanky Panky! They scored 74 points thanks to two successful double it nothings in rounds 5 and 6. They took home the $20 gift certificate! Excellent Smithers!
And of course, last but not least, the winners of the 1st Place prize, can the $30 gift certificate, were none other than the brain trust of the Mighty Mighty Puffins! They always reach for the stars! Amazing job MMP!
