QUIZ RECAP

We had another blast at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills for King Trivia on Wednesday night! Players had to answer questions about squeaks, Christopher Nolan, celebrities and their food-centric shows, Time Magazine's Most Influential People of 2024, and state capitols with the least population! It was a nice mixed bag.

For the Drinking Round, teams had to send up one player to compete. On go, each team's representative playing the Drinking Round, had to eat 6 saltines crackers, and the. Be the first to whistle the melody to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Whichever team did that the fastest would win a round of shots for whomever was drinking on their team. The quickest team to do it, Marmite on Toast! It was impressive! Congrats on winning the Drinking Round!

Coming in second place and winners of the $20 gift certificate, were the Headscratchers! They scored a whopping 77 points! Way to go!

And scoring a huge 79 points and just edging out the Headscratchers, was team Montgomery Burnst Toast. Excellent! They took home the $30 gift certificate for winning the game! Fantastic as always you guys!

QUIZ RECAP

We had another fun night and packed bar at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills for King Trivia on Wednesday night! We answered questions about jelly and Space Jam, religions and their founders, Drake, and ice cream 🍨 🍦! A pretty mixed bag as per usual.

For the Drinking Round, teams sent up one player to compete in a beer pong type game where each player would line up and one by one would take turns throwing a ping pong ball at a pyramid of cups with water in them. If a ball was made in a cup, that cup would be removed until only one cup remained. Once we were down to one cup, only players that had made a ping pong ball into one of the previous cups could compete in the final round. Whichever team member made the ping pong ball into the final cup, would be the winners of the round of shots for their team. That winning team was.... MiKa! Congrats! He made about 3-4 balls in the cups! Way to go!

Coming in 3rd place for the King Trivia game and taking home the $10 gift certificate, were the Headscratchers! Always impressive, they scored a cool 51 points! Awesome!

In second place, scoring 53 points, the lovely Trader Joe's Hoes took home the $20 gift certificate! Another fantastic job ladies! 

And in first place, another one of our top teams, Hanky Panky, scored a whopping 64 points and took home the $30 gift certificate! Congrats again you guys! Always fantastic!

QUIZ RECAP

Another packed bar full of trivia players were on hand at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills on Wednesday night for King Trivia! We had questions about baseball teams, Mad Max, Pronunciation, and charities and their celebrities! It was a fun one! 

Trader Joe's Hoes won the Drinking Round by outlasting other players from other teams in correctly providing the name of a baseball team and a reality television show. One by one players were eliminated when they couldn't come up with one of each or mentioned one another person had said. So Trader Joe's Hoes won themselves some shots! 

Not only did they win the Drinking Round, but they also won the third place prize for the night of the $10 gift certificate! Quite a night for sure! 

Coming in second place and scoring 62 points, was Headscratchers! Always a solid King Trivia foe to beat, Headscratchers took home the $20 gift certificate! Very impressive! 

And our resident winning team, who are always tough to beat, I Could Eat That Burnt Toast for Lunch, scored a cool 83 points to take 1st place yet again and win that $30 gift certificate for their team! Solid as always you guys!
