QUIZ RECAP

We had another blast at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills on Wednesday night for King Trivia! If you were there you would know!

For the Drinking Round teams went head to head versus another team to try and "buzz in" the fastest to identify popular 80's and 90's TV theme tunes. The winners of the Drinking Round were Pebbles Posse! They won the round of shots for their team!

AND they also won the first place prize of the $30 gift certificate by beating out the other teams scoring a whopping 71 points! That's called a sweep! Way to go!

We had to have a tiebreaker question to determine second and third place as both Headscratchers and Burning Daylight Toast scored a huge 67 points! After we asked a question about the domestic box office earnings of TMNT movie from 2014, Burning Daylight Toast took the second place prize of the $20 gift certificate, and Headscratchers took home the $10 gift card with third place!

Way to go to all the teams that played! We'll be back next Wednesday night at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills for more King Trivia! Remember to help control the pet population, have your pets spayed and neutered! 

QUIZ RECAP

We had a blast on Wednesday night at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills! We ate cookies, we answered questions about the spice girls, state capitals and the counties they're in, the Big Lebowski, and alcohol and wishes! 

For the Drinking Round, teams had to send one player up to compete in a race to see who could get a cookie placed on their forehead into their mouths using only their face muscles to move it, and then finish eating the cookie. Whoever did this task the fastest would win a round of shots for their team. It made for some great pictures! Trader Joe's Hoes just killed it and got the cookie in their mouth long before anyone else could! The rapidly won thosev shots away from everyone else! Way to go!

Coming in third place and winning the $10 gift certificate with a score of 67 points was team Bub City! Way to go!

Our second place team, Headscratchers, are no stranger to the winners circle, and they scored 76 points to take home the $20 gift certificate! Awesome job!

And coming in first, reasserting their dominance as one of Pickwick's best teams and scoring a huge 90 points, was team Give me burn, give me fire, give me toast which I desire (Burnt Toast)! They won the $30 gift certificate!

Wednesday night, you know what that means! That's right, its King Trivia time at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills!

We had another fun game where we answered questions about spooky songs and their musicals, Facebook and the world, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and forts! 

For the Drinking Round, teams had to send one player from their team to compete in a timed competition. All they had to do was knock down 6 water bottles as quickly as possible. Oh yeah, and they had to do it using a baseball that was hanging down inside a nylon stocking leg, that the player had to wear on their head. Swinging the ball using only their head, they had to knock down all 6 water bottles the fastest! With a quick time of 22.40 seconds, Hanky Panky won the round of shots!

But that's not all they won, they also won a $20 gift certificate because they got 2nd place scoring 46 points!

Coming in first place, scoring an impressive score of 50 points, were The Headscratchers! Way to go!
