QUIZ RECAP

It may be Ash Wednesday and the night after the State of the Union address, but our night warriors make it out to have trivia fun. Welcome to the youngest member to be on a trivia team- little 8-1/2 months old Oliver with his Thirsty Pretzels team relatives and family friend. We gave him his first participation medallion. Round 5 connection was an appropriate connection with Oliver in attendance. We were all enjoying his presence!! 

Speaking of youngsters here is my recent family pic with my two kids, son in law and grandson. They love all my acquired trivia knowledge! 

QUIZ RECAP

Happy Wednesday after Tuesday 2-22-2022....we had fun with the 7 rounds inside in the private Recess Room backroom. It was my first week back after 2 weeks due to vehicle issues. Thank you to my subs.

Congratulations to the three winning teams including newbie team Neuro from a nearby vet office who discovered out terrific Trivia night at their Christmas office party. I am sharing my initial first attempt to do clown makeup pic to be a friendly clown in my weekly clown college with 8 other newbie clowns in Laguna Woods Clown Alley group. I am learning to make balloon animals and face or arm tattoo painting plus mini bead dogs. 

Though there is strife in places in the world, we take a break from it at our shared peaceful time at the Recess Room with a great staff of the owners, Ava, Danny and Ivan at the bar, Kendall, Molly and Jorge serving the guests with the delicious dishes by the kitchen staff of Eric, Eric and crew. Mark your calendar for the St. Patrick's Eve Trivia night countdown. See you all soon.  We celebrated early for Mardi Gras with beads and tattoo squares. We are just ageless kids!!

QUIZ RECAP

Due to a private party using the typical trivia room, we found ourselves on Recess Room's outdoor patio. This outdoor space served as the perfect arena for this week's trivia showdown!
Our trivia teams were so hot this week, even the evening breeze couldn't cool them down, as we started the game with 3 teams succesfully getting double points for the first 2 rounds.

Round 3 was when the competition really went into full stride though, as Highway Stars pulled ahead and stayed that way for the entire game, eventually wracking up an impressive 97 points. Ava's Minions put up a valiant fight and kept them sweating to the very end. Also a big honorable mention to Thirsty Pretzels, who were only 6 points behind Ava's Minions, even after some failed double or nothings in the middle of the game.

And of course, what recap would be complete without mentioning the Bramble Bosses? Their team spirit and determination shone as brightly as the full moon that glowed over our heads as we answered questions, had laughs, and enjoyed drinks.
